Villa Elan

Nueva Andalucia, Marbella

NEW BUILD

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Nueva Andalucía, this newly built house by the design firm Nmobe combines crisp contemporary architecture with warm, tactile finishes. Construction was due to be completed between December 2025 and January 2026, so ask us for the current position. The house faces south-east, so its floor-to-ceiling glass takes in the morning light.

Dense tropical planting surrounds the property and keeps it private. In the main reception rooms, glass pocket doors open fully onto broad covered outdoor lounges. The open kitchen at the centre of the house pairs sleek joinery with natural materials. There are seven bedroom suites with spa-style bathrooms, and on the lower level a wellness area with a gym and spa.

The gardens cover 1,795 m², arranged around an infinity-edge swimming pool and sunny terraces. Over 300 m² of outdoor space allows for alfresco dining, evening entertaining and shade. Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Club are close by, as are international schools, fine dining and the coastline of Puerto Banús.
