Villa Solstice

Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucia

SOLSTICE FRONTLINE

Villa Solstice sits directly on the boundary of Las Brisas Golf Club, a members-only course, and faces south-west. Nueva Andalucía is known locally as the Golf Valley, and within a few minutes’ drive are Puerto Banús, the beaches of Playa de Nueva Andalucía, and the restaurants and international schools that bring many families to this stretch of the coast. The villa has 1,636 m² of built space on a 2,742 m² plot, and mature landscaping softens the size of the house.

Inside, the rooms are generously proportioned and finished in natural stone, warm timber and made-to-measure joinery. The south-west orientation brings afternoon light deep into the main living spaces. 441 m² of terracing runs from the main reception rooms to the pool and the pergola-shaded garden, so in the warmer months much of daily life moves outside. There are seven bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, arranged so that guests and family each have their own privacy. There is also a dedicated office and a laundry room. The lower level holds a full spa with indoor pool, sauna and steam room, alongside a cinema room, wine cellar and gym, which makes long stays and summer entertaining straightforward. The property is sold fully furnished.

The landscaped garden looks straight onto the golf course, green at midday and amber at dusk, which is where the name comes from. Las Brisas urbanisation is quiet and well maintained, and popular with Northern European families for its walkable access to the Golf Valley’s courses and its short drive to the Colegio Atalaya and Swans International schools. Puerto Banús marina, with its beach clubs, restaurants and boutiques, is under ten minutes by car, and Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is around forty.
